Amazon has Named Messi, Ronaldo, Scholes, An all-time Champions League XI

The Champions League is one of the most prestigious competitions in all sport.
Many footballers around the world would even slightly raise ‘big ears’ than this year’s FIFA World Cup and final will pit Paris Saint-Germain against Bayern Munich.
It’s a clash of ages with Bayern having won the competition five times in its history, while their French opponents, founded in 1970, enter their very first final.
It’s impossible to say whether the final in Lisbon will live up to the hype, but one thing is guaranteed: a team will be made in the history books as the unique Champions League winner.
Although, of course, great players like Ronaldo Nazario and Zlatan Ibrahimovic didn’t win the famous trophy, conquering the Champions League is a massive victory for any player’s legacy.
And ahead of Sunday’s conclusion of the Champions League’s most extended season, new football broadcasters, Amazon Prime decided to name the competition’s biggest XI.
As well as being an intimidating prospect, it’s also an inevitably controversial prospect, and it’s fair to say that football fans aren’t happy with some of their choices in particular.
The Manchester United legend Paul Scholes was initially selected, much to fans’ amazement and to the extent that Amazon even kicked him out.
Barcelona’s recent Champions League woes aside, Messi has been crowned European champion four times, scoring two finals, while posting 115 goals as the competition’s second-highest scorer of all time.
