Russia Says S-400 Delivery to Turkey ‘on Track’

MOSCOW – The delivery of the S-400 surface-to-air missile to Turkey is progressing on schedule, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
“The delivery is right on schedule. It is not possible for me to disclose more detail,” he said, according to Habertürk.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Saturday discussed the S-400 missile system with his Russian counterpart.
The first of the Russian S-400 defense systems that Ankara has purchased were loaded on to cargo planes on Sunday and arrive in Turkey some time next week, according to separate reports.
The initial S-400 delivery will be sent on two cargo planes from a Russian military air base, Haberturk said without citing a source.
