Pakistan will Not Allow Its Soil to Be Used Against any Other Country: Qureshi

ISLAMABAD – Pakistani Foreign Minister, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, said Pakistan would not allow its soil to be used against another country.
“Pakistan will not allow its soil to be used against another country. Slinging mud will be of no use to anyone. If Imran Khan does not have the right to speak in the House, then the opposition does not have the right to speak either,” he said in a statement released on Tuesday.
He added that the Afghan peace process has entered a critical phase. The statement made by the Afghan vice president and Afghan national security adviser led to entangling the issue rather than unraveling it.
Mudslinging will not do any shareholder good. If we shy away from our mistakes, no solution will be found.
He urged the Afghan leadership to sit down together and resolve the issues they are facing. The conflict is very visible in India today, he said, adding that India is currently divided into secular and Hindutva mentality. Minorities are under pressure there. They feel insecure there.
